What is a giveaway secret code?
A bonus-entry word or phrase the sponsor publishes away from the entry form. Typing it into the giveaway earns you extra entries, which improves your odds and costs nothing.
Do secret codes cost anything or require a purchase?
No. A secret code is a free bonus entry. Any giveaway asking for payment in exchange for a code is not one you should be entering.
How often do new secret codes come out?
It depends on the sponsor. Many run one code for the whole giveaway. Others release a new one daily or weekly — those listings say more codes are coming and tell you to check back. Each giveaway above shows when its most recent code went up.
Why does a giveaway say “Secret code coming soon”?
The sponsor has a code planned but hasn’t published it yet. We would rather tell you that than show you a code that doesn’t work. It appears on the listing the moment the sponsor releases it, and goes out in the daily email the same day.
Are the codes case-sensitive?
Almost never, but copy and paste anyway — most entry forms reject a mistyped code without telling you why.
Can I still enter without a code?
Yes. A secret code is always a bonus on top of the normal free entry, never a requirement.
